Tomorrow here in Malaysia we will participate in the Earth Hour 2009 program. I'm going to participate it too tomorrow at my own house. I'll turn off the light and all the unnecessary electrical appliances to show my concern of the global warming issue.
Just like their tag line "I'm just a person, what can I do?", well I can turn off the unnecessary electrical appliances for an hour, it's not that hard I think. C'mon join the movement now!

Your health is very important, how do you take care of it? Do you exercise regularly? Do you control your diet? How about the food you love? Will you give them up for your own health? As for me I love to drink, especially cold drinks, but since I have this illness, I can't drink too much water or I'll be dead drowning from the inside.
How about life insurance? Do you have one? I think it's also very important to get a health care insurance, but it's too late for me. I got sick on 15 and I haven't had the chance to buy an insurance myself that time, and mostly Malaysian (including my parent) are not aware of this until they stumbled upon these type of crappy problem. CRAP!
