What a lovely day today.

Hi, the weather here in Sitiawan is great, not too hot and not cloudy. The kind of weather I like. If it's too hot I'll become thirsty and I will drink a lot of water and tea and coffee and chocolate, yeah everyone of them are rich in potassium and phosphate which are bad for a dialysis patient like me. Anyway, I'm feeling great lately, maybe because the doctor ordered me to take 10 times Venofer treatment.




Venofer is a medicine, an iron. To be precise, ferum sucrose. It help me top up some hemoglobin in my blood, before I have the treatment I'm easily get tired and fatigue. A 30 minutes walks will make me gasping for air, and had a tunnel vision. Now, it's not that bad, and I hope it will stay that way or improve more and keep getting better.
